At The Water's Edge– In the master bath at a lakeside home, the unique and unbroken horizontal grain of this cherry vanity echoes the water close by. Bathed in sunlight, the remarkably continuous grain bestows a feeling of harmonious flow between inside and outside. Hand forged wrought iron hardware further emphasizes the natural setting. Simple clean lines keep distractions to a minimum and draw the eye to the playful juxtaposition of wavy wood and rippling water.

Lost My Marbles

Lost My Marbles– Making a vanity into more of a free-standing furniture piece by using legs rather than a plinth can really up the "wow factor", as is the case here. Marble floors and counters were the inspiration for the "Cat's eye" glass pulls reminiscent of the marbles played with by children. Simple shaker style doors allow the strong elements in the room to take centre stage.
